Qualifications & Experience:
Our team has extensive experience across the disability sector, including personal care, Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access, transport, and household support. All support workers are trained in NDIS standards, person-centred care, and best-practice approaches, ensuring safe, professional, and tailored support for every participant.
We assist with the following:
✔ Social & Community Access
Stay connected and active with support tailored to your interests. From local events and workshops to outings at cafés, parks, and libraries, we help you engage with your community and enjoy a fulfilling social life.
✔ Personal Care, including Active Nights.
We provide respectful assistance with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication. For added peace of mind, our Active Nights service ensures support is available in the evening and overnight.
✔ Supported Independent Living (SIL) support
Our SIL services empower you to live independently at home or in shared accommodation. We assist with daily living skills, budgeting, meal preparation, and personal care, offering flexible, 24/7 support to build confidence and independence.
✔ Transport
Safe, reliable transport to medical appointments, work, school, social outings, and community events. We tailor each journey to your needs, with accessible vehicle options available.
✔ Household Tasks
Support to maintain a clean and comfortable home. Services include cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, kitchen care, and organisation. Flexible from occasional help to regular assistance, always respecting your routines and preferences.
