At My Therapy Group (MTG), we provide high-quality, person-centered services in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Psychology, and Support Work.
As a registered NDIS provider, our mission is to empower participants with disabilities to live more independently, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Led by our Founder, with over 20 years’ experience in the disability sector, our team combines expertise and passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support.

Our Team
Kim
Director
Kim is the Founding Director of My Therapy Groups, a Registered NDIS Provider with over 15 years’ experience in Disability, Aged Care, and Community Services. She has founded and led multiple care businesses, managed national aged care facilities, and introduced innovative care models recognised by universities.
With a strong background in education, Kim has trained thousands of students worldwide, created learning resources, and delivered sector-wide training. Her expertise spans leadership, service delivery, policy development, and innovation, including projects using robotics in dementia care.
At My Therapy Groups, Kim stays closely involved with participants, families, and staff, ensuring services are delivered with compassion, quality, and in line with industry standards.
Vesna
Operations/ Finance Manager
Vesna has over 5 years of experience in the Disability Sector, with a focus on finance management, systems, and governance. She draws on her background in finance across different industries to strengthen processes and improve performance in the NDIS space.
At My Therapy Groups, Vesna manages daily operations and works closely with staff to ensure effective systems are in place, supporting better outcomes and care for participants.
Josie
Home & Living Manager
Josie has over 3 years of experience in the Disability Sector and is a key member of our management team. She has worked with a wide range of participants, from children to adults, and brings creativity and design skills to enhance our Home and Living NDIS properties.
She oversees menus, nutrition, and hydration across our homes, while also managing internal programs that support both staff and participants. Josie plays a central role in new participant admissions, organising meet and greets, and guiding families through their NDIS journey.

Grace
HR & Administration Officer
Grace has been part of the NDIS sector for almost 5 years, beginning as a support worker and now working in Human Resources at My Therapy Groups. She has supported people with diverse abilities and backgrounds and is passionate about ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and respected. Whether hands-on or in HR, Grace is dedicated to creating equal opportunities and making a lasting, positive difference in people’s lives.
MINH
Administration Officer
Minh has spent the past 2 years working in the Disability Sector, specialising in administration and operational support. He manages bookings, staff rosters, intake processes, and client records, ensuring services are delivered smoothly and with respect. Minh combines strong attention to detail and policy knowledge with a compassionate approach, fostering inclusive systems that promote dignity, accountability, and continuous improvement in disability services.
With a team of more than 100 dedicated employees, we provide reliable, high-quality support tailored to each participants needs!
